“After working hard for many years and spending lot of money, I GOT MY DEGREE, I AM GRADUATE, NOW WHAT?” Most of the youth in Indian Subcontinent face this question upon completing their education. This is even more true for youth of our Ummah.
Not everyone is smart and lucky enough to land a good paying job at their college campus. For majority of the youth it is the end of one battle and start of another hard, treacherous and often frustrating battle. Though many of youth are smart and talented but they lack the skills of putting together proper resumes, face interviews or compete in written exams conducted by banks, government, semi government agencies and private companies to locate the proper candidates. Fresh graduates need training and guidance at this point of time. Timely help and guidance is critical for them to get a good start in their career, after certain age they are barred from appearing for such selection process. Lack of timely guidance and help at this stage is one of the major reasons for a very pathetic percentage of Muslims employed at good jobs.
Sarovar Education Society (India) has spotted this dire need of our community, and they are doing an excellent job of training youth for cracking such exams. They started in 2006 with training few candidates, they were successful in placing one candidate in 2007, since then they have made steady progress year after year, they have helped 195 candidates so far to land the job, and 400 plus are at various stages of selection process.
They dream to start IAS (Civil Services, Govt. of India) and GPSC (Civil Services, Govt. of Gujarat) Coaching Center, with fully equipped Classrooms, Study Rooms, Discussion Hall and a Rich Library. They view this as basic need for all the coming generation.
SAROVAR Education Society has bagged the prestigious INDIAN LEADERSHIP AWARD FOR EDUCATION EXCELLENCE 2012. AND INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION EXCELLENCE AWARD-2013 at CRYSTAL BALL HALL, HOLIDAY INN HOTEL, BANGKOK, THAILAND on 22/06/2013.

A golden key that opens up whole new world of opportunity. It empowers Individuals more than money. Yet millions of educated youth, especially in developing nation like India, are unable to make suitable use it due to various reasons. Hence they remain underprivileged, poor and ignorant. When it comes to educated unemployed youth, we at the SAROVAR EDUCATION SOCIETY believe in making a difference. We are a registered, voluntary, charitable education trust committed towards providing access to education for competitive examinations for meritorious underprivileged, poor and needy educated youth of society. We make humble effort to enable unemployed Muslim youth to equip themselves with proper knowledge and awareness.
WE AIM at bringing great awareness for competitive examination in respect of recruitment to Government and non government organizations. Most important aspect of SAROVAR’s activity is totally free education for such important career building examination for candidates belonging to haves and haves-not classes of the society. Widely accepted as a most important activity for today’s unemployed and directionless youth for career building, frustrated society to justify and consider need of education and it’s important in life and has targeted to achieve super power status in forthcoming era.
Even as training for competitive examination remains SAROVAR’s core area, the trust has moved beyond its competencies in an area go guidance for private, public sector jobs and opportunities. SAROVAR’s new aim have added to its strengths I customizing development of other activities in area of human resource management and extended its focus to on not only fetch respectable and responsible appointments thru their skill but also contribute in development of good society and shaping better Nation.
This activity is managed by group of people working in various organizations and doing this activity as an additional task, using their high efficiency and talent to explore hidden qualities of youths.
We have been doing these activities since 2006 and it is going on even today. Earlier based on various advertisements such as LIC Assistant exams, Gujarat Public Services exams, this group has undertaking preparation for candidates with support pf various NGO’s of the city and succeeded. With the opening of multiple vacancies in both government and non government organization there has been an acute feeling to have the training/coaching classes of our society passes resentment to the mass of the society, Which discourage the parent to withdraw studies of their children. By achieving good job it can encourage parents for studies for of their children and also we can find good status of the society by selling important position in public/private organizations and in government jobs.
At present we are managing our classes DAILY and WEEKLY basis at RAHE-KHAIR GIRLS HIGH SCHOOL, Raikhad and the new age high school juhapura in city of Ahmedabad, which provided us free of cost. Our expenses of books, administrative charges and other logistic expenses are borne by SAROVAR EDUCATION SOCIETY. Now we want to stand on our own feet. We have gained confidence and we would like to expand this activity. There are good number of Muslim boys and girls, attending these classes regularly.
So far, about 550 candidates have benefited from the classes and have been able enough to crave a niche for themselves in the employment market through competitive exams. Out of which average 100 candidates are regularly visiting our classes.
DIVERSIFIED ACTIVITIES:
We have conducted vocational guidance programme in various schools as well in various trusts and societies of different community. We have conducted. We have prepared a power point presentation to help students of std. 10th and 12th to make them enable to choose their right carrier. We have demonstrated our presentation at DHOLKA, HIMMATNAGAR. GOMTIPUR, MODASA, VIRAMGAM, KHEDA, and KADI with help of different local Trusts.
OUR DREAM:
